TRIP TO LIMERIK

   TRIP TO LIMERIK

All erasmus students went to limerik, when we arrived we walked through the streets and through the parks. Irish students read historical descriptions of the places we visited such as the Shanoon River. 

Also we visited a food market, inside there were small food stores, but it was so expensive. In Ireland is popular  go to Primark to shop, in every city we visit we go in

Finally we went to the old part of Limerik, where we saw a castle and a cemetery. I really liked limerik and it think is very different to a city in Spain

IRISH

 IRISH The second language in Ireland is Irish, and everyone studies it at school. I t is only spoken in some parts of Ireland. In my host family only the father spoke fluently. At school I took four Irish classes and I didn't understand anything.  I think it is very difficult to learn .  Irish is very different from Spanish. My partner had been studying Irish for ten years and spoke very well.

FIIRST IMPRESSIONS

  FIRST IMPRESSIONS  From the first day we communicated by phone, my host partner and sh e was super friendly and kind. We send each other photos and talk about what we would do in Ireland.  When we arrived in Ireland all the Erasmus students made us welcome posters.  The family from the first moment was very attentive and helped us with everything.  When I entered school for the first time I was surprised, it was very different from Spain and much bigger than what I expected. The truth is that I didn't expect Ireland like that, I loved it.

THE PLAUGHING DAY

THE PLAUGHING DAY This day is an agricultural festival. You can buy there materials and maquines for the field. Also there is outles of sportwear, where the people make rows for hours for buy it This festival is so popular, they go 80.000 people every day of he three. i went there with my host family and we didn´t stop walking, eating and buying. It was very hot but really funny. The most funny thing was when we met three spanish studients
